  • The Club may need to ask various questions in order to verify the identity of any customer making enquiries in relation to a specific betting account.
  • In dealing with staff members of the Club, customers are prohibited from using any language that is threatening, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance, harassment (whether in terms of race, family status, gender, religion or otherwise) or inconvenience. Where such language is used by the customer, the Club may refuse to provide any further service to the customer and/or take any other steps as appropriate, including the suspension or closure of the customer's betting account.
