  Apply HKJC Betting Account online by installing HKJC Account Opening App. Please ensure you
  • Have an adult HKID card
  • Have a valid Hong Kong Mobile Number
  • Have a personal bank account under the HKJC FPS Instant EFT supported bank list

    • Under normal situation, the application result can be received within the same day and up to 5 working days, subject to your submitted information and the processing time of your selected bank.

      Please bring the following documents and visit any of our Off-course Betting Branches / Sha Tin or Happy Valley Racecourse to complete the application.
  • HKID, or valid travel document issued by other jurisdictions.*
  • ATM card or a personal bank account under the HKJC FPS Instant EFT supported bank list
  • HK$100 Deposit (can be used for betting)


    • * BN(O) passport will not be recognized as a valid proof of identity in Hong Kong with effect from 31 January 2021 pursuant to the announcement of the Hong Kong SAR Government dated 29 January 2021.
