Important Notice - Lotteries

The allocation of Prizes for Mark Six Lottery is governed by the Lotteries Rules of HKJC Lotteries Limited. In summary, with effect from 21 May 2024, Prizes for Mark Six Lottery are allocated as follows:

2nd Division Prizes	15% x ( Prize Fund – total amount payable to 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th Division Prizes – Snowball Deduction ) ÷ winning units
3rd Division Prizes	40% x ( Prize Fund – total amount payable to 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th Division Prizes – Snowball Deduction ) ÷ winning units
4th Division Prizes	HK$9,600 each
5th Division Prizes	HK$640 each
6th Division Prizes	HK$320 each
7th Division Prizes	HK$40 each

	Prize Fund means 54% of the total amount of bets that are placed on each lottery draw. The remaining 46% is allocated in accordance with the Betting Duty Ordinance as follows: (i) Lottery Duty (25%); (ii) Lotteries Fund (15%); and (iii) commission of HKJC Lotteries Limited (6%).
	Effective from 21 May 2024, Snowball Deduction means a sum equivalent to {9% x [Prize Fund - total amount payable to 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th Division Prizes - 55% x (60% x Prize Fund - total amount payable to 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th Division Prizes)] + 55% x (60% x Prize Fund - total amount payable to 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th Division Prizes)}.
	The percentage allocation for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Division Prize Fund shall be subject to adjustment to the intent that at all times, based on a Unit Investment for each relevant Prize: (i) a First Division Prize shall be at least double a Second Division Prize; (ii) a Second Division Prize shall be at least double a Third Division Prize; and; (iii) a Third Division Prize shall be at least double a Fourth Division Prize. The 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Division Prizes may also be subject to adjustment in accordance with the Lotteries Rules.

Prize Collection
Valid betting tickets must be presented for payment within 60 days of the date after the relevant draw (Example: Winning tickets for the draw held on 1 March can be presented for payment on any day from 1 March to 30 April).

Lotteries Rules
All Lotteries Entries are governed by the Lotteries Rules of HKJC Lotteries Limited. In the event of any inconsistency between this Notice and the Lotteries Rules, the Lotteries Rules shall prevail.
