Pari-Mutuel Outbound Commingling Pools

On designated simulcast races from France, Win and Place Bets will be outbound commingled to the respective Pools operated by Pari Mutuel Urbain (“PMU”) of France, in accordance with PMU’s modified horse race betting rules.

Win / Place	84.95% (subject to the rate announced by France PMU from time to time)

Single-race Pools	Dividend Qualification
Win	Selection of an individual runner finishing 1st in a race	Theme Site
Place	3 Dividends: Selection of an individual runner finishing 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd in a race (For races with 8 or more Declared Starters) 2 Dividends: Selection of an individual runner finishing 1^st or 2^nd in a race (For races with 4, 5, 6 or 7 Declared Starters)	Theme Site

Dividend collection

Valid betting tickets must be presented for payment within 60 days of the date after the relevant race meeting (Example: Winning tickets for races held on 1 March can be presented for payment on any day from 1 March to 30 April).
