Do you have what it takes?

Are you the next talent to be discovered? Do you know someone who is really making "Connect" happen in the Club?

The "Connect" programme, launched over the summer, champions our journey to becoming a more customer-centric and collaborative organization.

A lot of entries were submitted and videotaped. Now you can view many creative expressions of “Connect”, which exemplify great “Connect” actions happening in the Club.

Just press the following buttons and enjoy:

Express your vision of "Connect" in whatever way. A dance, a song, a short film, a painting, a photograph... as long as it's creative!

Send in a story about you or someone in the Club who is putting "Connect" in action, and making a real difference in one of three categories:

1) "Owning the problem"

Unclear roles and responsibilities sometimes emerge when there is transition happening. Proactively identifying new problems and assuming the responsibility to solve them using key "Connect" ideas - that's owning the problem.

2) "Everyone is a customer"
Every customer is a customer of everyone in the Club. We need to think beyond our own functions and see everyone as our customer.

3) "It's OUR idea"

A good idea needs to be embraced and respected, no matter who or where it comes from.

Entries will be reviewed and judged by a panel of Club executives, with great prizes:
