| Each raceday sees more than 13,000 people on duty, including many specialised racing staff such as veterinary surgeons, clinical equine healthcare professionals, farriers, the racing control teams, track keepers, work riders and stables assistants. Also critical to the smooth operations of the raceday are the betting, catering, information technology and security teams. |
