7. Sao Paulo (11) v Gremio (10)
Gremio lousy on the road

TEAM NEWS

Sao Paulo were upset by Goias without three of their key defenders Miranda, Alex Silva, and Renato, all injured.

Their overall performance was still acceptable.

The team still needs to count on young Junior Cesar and Xandao in defense this game.

Veteran Marcelinho had a big role last match; he started and scored.  He is also hopeful to start this Sunday.

Gremio beat Atletico Mineiro 2-1 at home, and remain unbeaten for three straight games. They have two home wins, but are winless on the road.

Striker Borges is still injured.  Midfielder Hugo scored twice last round, and has been playing very well alongside striker Jonas Goncalves.
