Terms and conditions:

1. Participants must be aged 18 or above. The promotion period is from 29 Apr 2024 to 17 May 2024.  This promotion activity is only available at designated Experience Shops.  By participating in this promotion activity, participants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions below.

2. All customers are eligible to participate in this promotion activity. The promotion gift in this activity is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Customers may register for the activity via https://special.hkjc.com/ocb/master/chinese/ in accordance with the instructions of staff onsite and redeem the designated gift. Use of the gift is subject to relevant terms and conditions. The quota of the activity is 100 sets and will be redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis.

4. Each customer may only participate in the activity once.

5. Eligible customers are required to redeem the gift in person within designated redemption period. The gift will not be re-issued.

6. Gifts are available while stocks last. In case the gift has all been given out, The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to substitute the gift without prior notice. The Hong Kong Jockey Club does not accept any responsibility in relation to any dispute arising from any gift or service provided by any third party supplier.

7. To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, The Hong Kong Jockey Club does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, death or personal injury arising from or in connection with the gift. Customers shall comply with the terms and conditions for the use of the gift.  The Club does not accept any liability.

8. The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including gifts) without prior notice, and without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall be final.

9. If any information submitted by the participant is delayed, lost, unidentifiable or damaged, or contains any error for any computer technical or other reasons not attributable to The Hong Kong Jockey Club, the participant shall be deemed surrendering his/her right and the organiser shall not be responsible for any liability. The participant shall not dispute any such decision by The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
10. Personal data of the participants will be collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy Statement of The Hong Kong Jockey Club available at https://www.hkjc.com/home/english/corporate/corp_privacy.aspx, and may be provided to third party service providers of The Hong Kong Jockey Club for the purposes of gift redemption.
11. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
