Terms and conditions:

1. By redeeming this Gift, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. In order to redeem the Gift, participants shall personally visit The Hong Kong Jockey Club Experience Shop and:
           (1) Reserve designated major race day x1 (if customers missed the reservation, they can reserve another normal race day within the promotion period as replacement)
           (2 )Reserve normal race day x1
           (3) Non Race Day/ Party Room F&B/ Gift at Races consumption with more than $100
           (4) Like and Follow hkjc_experienceshop Facebook/ Instagram
           (5) Download HKJC Classic 3-in-1 App;
3. Redemption by third parties is not allowed. Under no circumstance shall any participant or any person have any claim or action whatsoever against the Club. The photos and descriptions are for reference only, everything in kind shall prevail. The Club does not warrant the accuracy of the descriptions of all gifts. Each Participant warrants that he/she has not relied on any such descriptions (including but not limited to the wordings, pictures, photos, specifications, videos, or audios) made by or on behalf of the Club and he/she agrees that the Club shall have no liability over such descriptions.
4. Each participant can only redeem one Gift. The Club has the sole and absolute discretion in determining a participant's eligibility to redeem the Gift. Each participant must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
5. Staff members of the Club and their respective immediate families (including, but not limited to, spouse, parents and children) shall not be eligible to participate in the Redemption. The Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
6. Participants are required to inspect the Gift when he/she collects the same. Under no circumstances will the Gift be returned or replaced.
7. The Club does not guarantee and is not responsible for any matters related to the quality of the Gifts.
8. The Club shall not bear any related legal liabilities for the consequences or losses caused by the use of the Gifts.
9. The Club reserves the right to feature the participants who successfully redeem the Gift ("Successful Participants") on marketing or promotional materials. By completing the steps in Clause 2 above, the Successful Participant agrees to the Club’s use of his/her information. A Successful Participant’s personal data will be collected only for the use of the Redemption.
10. The personal data may be used by the Club to verify the Successful Participant’s eligibility or/and to administer and manage the Redemption. The personal data collected will not be used to update the Club’s record. The Club will delete the collected data within 6 months after the fulfilment of the Redemption. The Successful Participants’ personal information may be passed to third party service providers engaged by the Club for the fulfilment of the Redemption.
11. By providing his/her personal data to the Club, each Successful Participant agrees to the use of his/her personal data by the Club for the purposes and to such transfer of his/her personal data as mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
12. The Club reserves the right to use the recorded footage and photos of participants for promoting or marketing purposes.
13. Each participant expressly confirms that he/she has read and understood the Privacy Policy Statement (available on http://www.hkjc.com/english/corporate/corp_privacy.asp, on the spot or provided upon request).
14. The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions stated herein from time to time without prior notice. In cases of dispute, the decision of the Club shall be final.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
16. No person other than the participants and the Club has the right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any provisions under these Terms and Conditions.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and the English versions, the English version shall prevail
