• By participating in this programme, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and undertake to comply with all applicable laws when participating in this programme.
• This programme is only available to new betting account holders.
• Reward 1: The new netting account holder who open a betting account at any Off-course Betting Branch, the account holder must not be a betting account holder within 1095 days prior to account opening, accept to personal data to be used by the Club in direct marketing in any of the channels when opening a betting account, and participate in any 1 football matches through the betting account within 14 days since the betting account is opened. • Reward 2: The new netting account holder who open a betting account at any Off-course Betting Branch, the account holder must not be a betting account holder within 1095 days prior to account opening, and participate in any 1 race day through the betting account within 14 days since the betting account is opened. • Eligible new account holders must visit an Off-course Betting Branch during its operation hours within 14 days of successfully opening the account in person in order to collect the designated gift on the same day. Gifts not collected on the designated date and location will not be reissued. Use of the gifts is subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
• The quota of the gift is limited. When quota is full, The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right to substitute the gifts with other items without prior notice.
• To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR Government, The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall not be liable for any damage, loss, death or injury arising from or resulting from the use of the gift. The customer must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by the supplier regarding the use of the gift. Any dispute arising from the use of the gift should be resolved between the customer and the supplier and The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall not be held responsible for the same.
• The gifts shall not be resold, whether or not with the intention to make a profit.
• The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the sole and all right to make decisions relating to the activity, and may cancel, postpone or modify any content of the activity (including but not limited venue, date or time, performance or other activities, entry requirements, gift, discount or other offerings) or amend the relevant terms and conditions, at any time without notice, and without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall be final.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
