4.1 Why I cannot see the eWin in my browser? (For 800 X 600 resolution)
Option 1:
In case the screen resolution is set as 800 x 600, the eWin is minimized to facilitate viewing of match information and odds. To restore the original eWin, please click the button as indicated.
Option 2:

1. Open「Control Panel」 > 「Display」 > 「Settings」
2. Set「Screen Area」as 1024 X 768 pixels, and press OK to proceed.

Please first check of any duplicated logins, via more than one browser windows. Only the latest logon will be valid for account transactions.

Safari blocks any pop-up windows as default, you can disable this option at browser preference page (as indicated in below screen).
