Introduction



Racing Master uses real racing information to challenge players in virtual contests. The game is open to all myHKJC members. myHKJC member can simply opt-in the Racing Master module in add content page. If you have not registered yet and you have Hong Kong Jockey Club betting account, please click here to register as myHKJC members. If you do not have a betting account, you can register as a trial member.

Playing Racing Master is simple. For each race meeting, players select 3 horses on which they place WIN and PLACE bets. Players' points and ranking are calculated after each meeting according to the horses' actual placings and dividends. At the end of each period, the winners of 'King of the Wins', 'King of the Points', 'Top 5 Wins' and 'Top 5 Points' will be determined. Also at the end of the season, the players with the highest total number of wins and points will be honoured with the 'Champion Wins' and 'Champion Points' award, respectively.

To encourage players throughout the competition, 'King of the Wins' and 'King of the Points' award-winners will be presented with certificates of merit at the Shatin or Happy Valley racecourses. All winners will receive a digital signature sash of merit which they can use for one year on any forum, personal email and blog. Winners may also be invited to be a myHKJC JC Blogger.

There will be 10 winners for each period :
2009 : 13 Sep - 25 Oct, 1 Nov - 29 Nov, 2 Dec - 27 Dec
2010 : 1 Jan - 31 Jan, 3 Feb - 28 Feb, 3 Mar - 31 Mar, 4 Apr - 28 Apr, 1 May - 30 May and 2 Jun - season end in July

  • 'King of the Wins' Award - for the player with the highest number of wins
  • 'King of the Points' Award - for the player who scores the highest number of points
  • 'Top 5 Wins' Award - for the players with the 2nd to 5th highest number of wins
  • 'Top 5 Points' Award - for the players with the 2nd to 5th highest number of points

    • At the end of season, 2 Champion winners will be selected

  • 'Champion Wins' Award - for the player with the highest total number of wins accumulated during the Racing Master season.
  • 'Champion Points' Award - for the player with the highest total number of points accumulated during the Racing Master season.
