A: The Service is provided for use in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("HKSAR") only and is governed by the Horse Race Betting Rules, Football Betting Rules, the Lotteries Rules and Betting Facilities Rules. It is the sole responsibility of any person who is located outside Hong Kong to check and comply with an appropriate laws and regulations before assessing or using the Bet Slip. The Club and its subsidiaries shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from or resulting in any person using or attempting to use this Service from outside HKSAR. All bets place and all transactions made on or through this Service shall be deemed to be made in HKSAR and subject to the laws of HKSAR.
Q: Can I use the PDA Betting Service at Off-Course Betting Branches and Racecourses?
A: In general, your PDA must meet the prerequisite requirements, including Wi-Fi and/or 3G/GPRS functions, to use the PDA Betting Service. As Wi-Fi is not available at Off-Course Betting Branches and Racecourses*, you may use the PDA Betting Service at these locations only if you have subscribed to the mobile Internet services of your mobile service provider. Internet access speeds will vary and may affect the response of the PDA Betting Service at your PDA. More information about the service details and charges for mobile Internet access is available from your mobile service provider.

Customer using remote broadband
in PCCW Wi-Fi Hotspots will be automatically forced
log-out after 2 hours continuous
usage. This is one of the basic
restriction settings of PCCW Wi-Fi Hotspots.
If you still prefer to use remote
broadband to go through Internet,
you have to re-login to your
PCCW account.

If I am currently using CIT-PDA,
can I apply for PDA Betting
Service?

Why can't I use PDA Betting
Service successfully?
A: Before successfully using PDA Betting Service, Active X components (ie. "eWinSKey_xxxx.dll" & TNSSPPC_xxxx.dll") should be installed first. (Note:"xxxx" represents versions number)
However, these Active X files
are hidden inside "\Windows"
folder, Users can see these
files only at ActiveSync->Explore.

When you access PDA Betting
Service through your PDA at
the first time, since you may
not install the appropriate
component, you may find the
