5.1 Can use eWin with "Security Key" and digital certificate at the same time?
No.
You can only choose to register to
eWin by either one of the methods.
If you choose to register eWin
by using "Security Key",
you can login eWin immediately
as The Hong Kong Jockey Club can perform
your identity verification real
time. While choosing to register by
digital certificate, you have to wait
for around 24 hours before login eWin as Certificate Authorities (Hongkong
Post and Digi-Sign) take around 24
hours for identity verification.
5.2 How to switch from "Digital Certificate" to "Security Key" in using eWin?
You
can go to eWin and choose "New
Registration" function to register
eWin. When the registration is
successful, you can login eWin
with "Security Key" immediately.
5.3 Can
"Security Key" be used in
more than one PC simultaneously?
Although
you can download "Security Key"
in any compatible PC, it can ONLY
be used to login eWin in one computer
at a time. If you use another PC to
login eWin, the computer
in use must be logged off first.
5.4 How to switch from "Security Key" to "Digital Certificate" in using eWin?
Yes. You can re-register eWin
with digital certificate, but have
to wait for around 24 hours for
verification by Certificate Authorities
before logging into eWin.
5.5 Message "You have successfully logged-on to the eWin. For security reasons, you have been logged out from your other browser window(s) " during logon eWin.
You have already opened and logon
eWin in another browser window.
For security reasons, customer is
not allowed to logon through more
than 1 browser simultaneously.
